Carson Pass Pines Maintenance Association, Inc, a California Non-Profit Corporation, is a maintenance association comprised by the owners of the homes and lots within the boundaries as outlined in the CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) adopted on August 17, 2006. The Bylaws for the Association were adopted on July 10, 2007.
Board of Directors
The affairs of the Association shall be managed by or under the direction of a Board of Directors. The number and qualifications of Directors shall be as established in the Bylaws, and the members of the Board shall be elected as provided in the Bylaws. The Board of Directors shall have all of the powers and duties set forth in any provision of the Governing Documents, including without limitation such powers and duties as may be expressly set forth in the Declaration (CC&Rs).
Operations
The Association, through the Board of Directors shall manage and operate the Development in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Governing Documents and the applicable provisions of California law. The Association, shall have all of the powers set forth in the Governing Documents together with general power to do any and all things that a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation may lawfully do under the laws of the State of California, subject only to the limitations upon the exercise of such powers as are set forth in the Governing Documents.
